We don’t choose a treatment before your consultation.
Your physician will ask about your health history, daily routine, diet, sleep and other factors that help build a fuller picture of you.
From there, the physician decides what care is appropriate and whether treatments, medicines or changes to your routine should form part of your plan.

Ayurvedic treatments are not chosen from a menu. Each treatment has a particular method and purpose, but the physician decides whether it is right for you, how often it should be carried out, and how it fits into your wider care after consultation.

Shiro Abhyanga
Medicated oil applied through massage to the head, neck and shoulders.
Kati Abhyanga
An oil application focused on the back, neck and shoulder area.
Pada Abhyanga
An oil application focused on the feet and lower legs.
Shirodhara
A steady stream of warm medicated oil or liquid poured across the forehead.
Kati Vasthi
Warm medicated oil retained over a defined area of the lower back.
Greeva Vasthi
